In celebration of Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20, the Company's Management Board and the Sonacons Trade Union organized the contest "When the Women Are Away from Home" for male employees. The event was held as a meaningful activity to express appreciation for and honor the valuable contributions of women within the Company.
Over the years, the achievements of Sonacons have been made possible in part through the dedication and contributions of its female employees. Women at Sonacons undertake a wide range of roles and responsibilities, whether in the office or at project sites far from home. In every position, they consistently demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and enthusiasm in their work. The recognition and appreciation from the Company's leadership serve as a great source of encouragement, motivating them to continue striving for excellence and living up to the admirable qualities of Vietnamese women—successful in both their careers and family lives.
Throughout the competition, male employees of Sonacons extended their best wishes to their female colleagues while also experiencing some of the challenges women face in their daily lives. Participants took part in a variety of activities, including cooking, ironing clothes, answering questions about the Company's development history, and demonstrating their knowledge of history and society. Through these activities, participants gained a deeper appreciation of the responsibilities and contributions of women within both the family and the workplace.
The Company's leadership hopes that the women of Sonacons will continue to enhance their professional knowledge, actively participate in Company activities, and further affirm and promote their important role in contributing to the sustainable growth and success of Sonacons.
The contest also provided an excellent opportunity for employees to interact, strengthen relationships, and enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere together.
