On June 15, 2018, Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company organized an annual vacation and team-building trip for all employees and their family members. This program is one of the Company's regular activities aimed at providing employees with opportunities to relax, recharge, and enjoy well-deserved moments of leisure in recognition of their dedication and contributions throughout the year.
Following the success of previous company trips to Da Lat and other popular destinations across Vietnam, Sonacons continued its annual retreat program in 2018 under the theme "Play with Passion – Build with Commitment" at Ocean Star Resort, Mui Ne – Phan Thiet, from June 15 to June 16, 2018.
With the belief that people are the most valuable asset and the foundation of the Company's sustainable growth, Sonacons continuously strives to create a dynamic and professional working environment. In addition to investing in training and professional development programs, the Company places great importance on the well-being and spiritual life of its employees.
At Ocean Star Resort, participants immersed themselves in an energetic and exciting atmosphere through a series of team-building activities. The program featured a variety of engaging and collaborative challenges designed to strengthen teamwork, enhance solidarity, and foster closer relationships among employees from different regions and departments.
As the activities unfolded, geographical and departmental boundaries seemed to disappear, bringing everyone together as one united team. Guided by the event host, participants quickly formed teams and enthusiastically joined a range of fun and competitive games. The activities were filled with excitement, teamwork, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
Following the team-building challenges, the organizing committee announced the winning teams and presented awards during the Gala Dinner, which concluded the event in a joyful and memorable atmosphere.
