At 9:45 a.m. on April 27, 2024, Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at meeting room 4.5, floor 3A, Sonadezi building, No. 1, Street 1, area Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
The total number of shareholders attending was 12 shareholders, representing 4,591,844 shares, accounting for 91.84% of the Company's total voting shares.
At the General Meeting, shareholders voted 100% unanimously to approve the following contents:
1. Approve the Proposal for Nominating the Vote Counting Committee;
2. Approve the meeting agenda;
3. Adopt working regulations;
4. Approve the 2023 Production and Business Results Report;
5. Approve the 2024 production and business plan;

9. Approve the Board of Directors' report on activities in 2023;
10. Approve the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board in 2023;
11. Approval of not paying dividends in 2023;
12. Approve the Resolution of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;
13. Approve the Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
