On January 9, 2021, Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the company’s grassroots trade union, organized the 2020 Year-End Review Ceremony and the 2021 Employee Conference.
Mr. Trương Minh Hoàng – General Director of the Company – presented a report on the Company’s performance in 2020, along with its development orientation and business plan for 2021.
Mr. Phạm Ngọc Tính – Chairman of the Trade Union – reported on trade union activities and the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement in 2020, as well as the trade union’s action plan for 2021.
The Company and the Trade Union signed a Collective Labor Agreement with a validity of three years, effective from January 9, 2021.
Several opinions and contributions from employees were acknowledged by the Presidium and included in the Conference Resolution for implementation.
The Trade Union launched a 2021 emulation movement encouraging all employees to strive to successfully complete the Company’s 2021 business targets.
At the conference, the General Director and the Trade Union Chairman presented commendation certificates and cash rewards to two collectives and five individuals recognized as outstanding workers in 2020, as well as one collective and eight individuals with outstanding trade union contributions in 2020.
