On January 7, 2020, Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the Company’s Grassroots Trade Union, organized the 2019 Year-End Review Ceremony and the 2020 Employee Conference.
Mr. Truong Minh Hoang, General Director of the Company, presented a report on the Company’s performance in 2019, as well as its operational orientation and business plan for 2020.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Tinh, Chairman of the Trade Union, reported on trade union activities and the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement in 2019, together with the trade union’s action plan for 2020.
Several opinions and recommendations from employees were acknowledged by the Presidium and incorporated into the Conference Resolution for implementation.
